Yes, all travellers arriving in Germany who have been in the UK in the preceding 10 days must possess a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of entering Germany. If flying they should also check their airline’s pre-departure testing requirements. The result of the test required by the German authorities can be in either paper or electronic form.
